A play area that is affordable and safe where children can play, explore, and make friends. Play equipment is made from soft, sturdy foam material that can be setup indoors or outdoors. Soft play strengthens their five senses, gross motor skills, team building, and enhances physical strength. 

We can set up for both indoor and outdoor events. During the summer months, outdoor setups must have adequate shade (tent, pavilion, etc.). Soft play can get very hot in direct sunlight. For inclement weather, we can assist with an indoor setup alternative, or we can reschedule for a later date. Soft play will not be setup during rain, heavy wind, thunder, etc.

To request a reservation, simply fill out the Request Form. Once we receive your details and approve your event, we will send you an invoice for a $50 refundable damage/cleaning deposit to hold your package and secure your date (this does not count towards the final balance).  You will also be required to sign the rental agreement/waiver. The total rental fee will be due 7 days prior to your event.

The team arrives 1-2 hours before the start of your event, depending on the size of your package. We set up and do a final walk through with each client. Once the event has ended, we return for pick up. The only thing we ask is to make sure the area is clear. Note: setup and breakdown time is not included in your total playtime. 

There is a delivery fee based on zip code. 

Please remove shoes before entering play area. We ask that you avoid the following from entering: food, drinks, glitter, face paint, pets, or any sharp material.  Parents are asked to supervise at all times. 

For maximum amount of fun we limit soft play to ages 0-5 years old. 

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance if needed.

We clean and sanitize every piece of equipment before and after each event. We use safe products that kill 99% of germs that gather on toys. 

You may reschedule or cancel your booking with at least 1 week prior to event date, for a full refund. If cancellation is less than 7 days, a credit for use at a later date will be applied.
