Deposit: There is a $100 cleaning/damage deposit to reserve your package and secure your date (this does not go towards the rental fee). The final balance is due 7 days prior to your event date to confirm your booking.
The deposit will only be refunded 1-2 days after the event if:
1. All balls are placed back inside the ball pit at the time of pick up.
2. There were NO food, liquid, glitter, candy, or stains on any of the equipment.
3. No damages to any of the equipment.
